Vocal Range Finder Men

Male

In Invidia Voices we have 2 male parts; Tenor and Bass.

Neither is more important than the other, nor does one sing more notes than the other. However, it is important to find out which part you’re more suited to singing.

Tenor – In this choir, the Tenor par can go quite high. Not quite as high as Bon Jovi or Freddie Mecury, but the Tenor parts often access the upper register of the average male voice.

Bass – The bass parts are arranged for gentlemen with a lower voice. Often, the Bass singers will sing the lowest notes of the choir and will rarely be asked to push their voice into the higher register.

Great! In Invidia Voices, we know that some of you will prefer to sing with a higher voice, some with a lower voice and others somewhere in between. To make sure that everyone is comfortable and having fun whilst singing our arrangements, you have two parts to choose from:-

tenor-button – This part is the higher of the two male parts and delivers power and punch to the arrangements. A perfect for those who can hit the higher notes.

bass-button– This part takes the lower notes of the male section and delivers the crucial harmonies that set us apart from other choirs.
