UPDATES TO SHOP ORDERING AND DELIVERIES: Even though you can order from us at any time, we will now only be putting in clothing orders to our suppliers on the following dates:
Orders take 10 – 15 days to come from our suppliers, so you will receive your clothing at rehearsals approximately 2 weeks after the cut off dates above, depending on when you placed your order.

How do I pay for my order?
Once you are ready to purchase your order, you will be asked to enter your billing address and your debit/credit card details. You will be asked to review your order before confirming your purchase.

What payment methods do you take?
We accept all major debit and credit cards. Unfortunately we cannot accept American Express.

What is your returns policy?
We are unable to accept returns on items unless they are faulty. Should your item be delivered to you in an unsuitable state, please return it to your tutor. Should a member decide to end their membership, we cannot take their Invidia T-Shirt/s back.

I have ordered an event ticket, will I receive a paper copy?
All of our event tickets are digital, you will not need a printed copy unless otherwise indicated. You may wish to print off a copy of your order confirmation for your own records, but this will not be required for entry to our events.

I am not a member of Invidia Voices, can I still order from you?
Of course! Just make sure you provide us with your address details on the order page, and we will post the item to you. Our returns policy remains the same for non-members, however should you need to return a fault item to us, please post to the address on the Contact Us page, ensuring you provide your contact details so we know who to issue a refund to.
